Over the last few months we’ve installed, trained and commissioned a TCY NB5 FFG (1000x2500mm 39” × 98” · bottom print · inline)
Engineered for automated, single-pass converting, this line prints, slots, folds and glues in one continuous flow — delivering consistent print quality, higher throughput and less manual handling on our customer's floor. Every step of the way, TCY engineers have worked side by side with the customer's team to integrate each system and prepare for full production. Now running for a number of months, the machine is performing across a wide range of box styles and volumes showing the true value of TCY casemaker flexibility.
