Upgrade Services

We continue to innovate and develop our machinery range and can therefore offer those upgrades as a retrofit to your existing TCY machine.

Upgrading your existing TCY equipment can be a very cost-effective alternative to replacing an entire machine. We can help estimate the feasibility and assess the profitability of upgrading your TCY equipment to improve its quality performance, productivity, and service life.

We offer full machine sections, such as additional print sections, or adding a rotary die cutter, or folder gluer and counter ejector to turn your printer-slotter to a full inline casemaker. We can also upgrade individual sub-assemblies inside the machinery sections.

• Project of Upgrading Printing Section - From Rubber Roll Ink System Upgrade to Chamber Doctor Blade Ink System

• 2018 upgrade project for TCY Flexo Folder Gluer which installed in 1989:

  Feeding Section - from Kicker System upgrade to Lead Edge System, Ink System upgrade and renovation with an additional Die Cutter Section.

• 2012 Special Upgrade Project – Replace other Brand’s Control System, Repair and Upgrade the Full Line to HMI System
